Built in Hyderabad, for how India actually hires
Bridge Skillz was started in Hyderabad — one of India's largest hubs for global service delivery, where thousands of freshers walk into corporate interviews every month — around a single observation: the graduates who get hired aren't the ones who know the most theory. They are the ones who can already do the work.
Every module traces to a real job description
Our curriculum is reverse-engineered from live corporate roles — the tickets, calls, reports and SLAs that BPO, KPO and service-delivery teams handle every day — not from a textbook table of contents.
Decisions by evidence, not opinion
Every student starts with the same 40-item readiness assessment — behavioural traits, workplace judgement and AI dexterity. It decides which domain you train for, so nobody is sold a stream that doesn't fit them.
Small batches, by design
We cap every cohort so trainers can watch how you actually perform and correct it live. Our first cohort, the Freshers Fast Track, is deliberately small for exactly this reason.
Straight talk and safe data
No placement guarantees, no inflated success numbers, no selling your details. Your assessment data is used for one thing only: building your training plan.
